Entrevista
I applied online that morning and that same day received a phone asking about availability. After that, the manager scheduled an interview for the next day that lasted 10 minutes. She told me what the job entailed and discussed pay. After we set up a date for an all day orientation CVS has for all new coming employees.
Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Entrevista
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
