Was interviewed twice and went through a tough screening process. Was screened for my personality very thoroughly along side with capabilities. Met a lot of different people from management to see if im capable enough

It was very lax. I applied online. After the initial application, they have you complete an assessment that basically goes over your personality (ie; "I am a reliable person"). Once both were completed, I was called about a week later and scheduled an in person interview at the store. The interview took about 20-30 minutes.

Interview process was 3 with a screening, hiring manager and director call. It was STAR based and very straightforward. The process took about 3-4 weeks in total. Overall it was not bad but the pay sucks.

After I submitted an application, they gave me a call to come to the store to have an in person interview. The interview was with the store manager and the district manager.
