Contacted by HR representative for Initial phone interview which resulted in second phone interview with Sales Director from field sales office. Third interview was 1:1 interview with two Area Vice President's of Corporate Accounts from Scottsdale regional office. The HR representative was very professional and courteous with excellent follow up skills. The Sales Director provided a big picture of day to day job responsibilities, client list as well as job challenges and information regarding the field office and job location/surroundings. The Area Vice President's interview was the most surprising in regard to professionalism or lack of. I would never work for this company based on the AVP I met with (arrogant, misinformed and definitely inept at conducting an interview to find the best qualified candidate) which makes me wonder about the work culture here. Was impressed with the company up until meeting the AVP who didn't appear to be qualified to be in such a leadership role.
