The hiring process was strange; I was contacted via email and asked for an online interview, then a call (or two) to verify information, then a telephone interview with a recruiter, then a request to fly me to headquarters for a face-to-face interview. This process took two months. The final interview was great and yielded more information about the company and it's process than any other interviews I have had in the past.

Entrevista
Two phone interviews, an on-line video recording to pre-set written questions, and an in-person interview. The theme of questions dealt more with internal conflicts especially with direct managers rather than client/patient education. The corporate mission promoting health, support and disease management was also lost within the interviews.
