Entrevista
1. CVS is not concerned about how you did in pharmacy school, grades do not matter as long as you have a pharmacist licence.
2. Know your strenghts and weeknesses.
3. Never talk negative about other companies such as walgreens, OSCO, etc.
4. When asked about compensation, be open to their suggestions.
They follow the Hirevue process which has preset questions you have to answer on video. Straightforward process, Phone screen with recruiter, then scheduled interview with hiring leader. Slow to get back to you but eventually they will.
Interview Process is very streamlined after the application is submitted. The response is prompt as well. The offer is very prompt as well and is forwarded with the steps to further do your screening for health and background.

Asked great questions, a lot of situational based questions like “tell me a time…” the interviewer made the interview comfortable and welcoming. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and ended with an offer being offered at the end of the interview
