I applied for a Work from Home Customer Service Rep position. I got an email for a phone screen, after that I did a video interview where they ask questions and you answer them via video recording, i then got a phone interview with the hiring manager. I got a call 5 days later with a job offer. Sent an email for the offer and did it quickly. However I have not received the next step which is the background and drug screening. Waiting on a email back on what to do as I’m not receiving the email which is necessary for me to secure this offer.
Recruiter and manager were both friendly, easy to take to and helpful. Cannot wait to start my new position!

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
