Got a phone call for a phone interview, very quick and easy, and even though I didn't think I did all that well they emailed a week later for an actual interview with one of the store managers in the area. After that interview that went extremely well, and was very laid back, I was emailed to set up an interview with the district manager. That interview was literally my most challenging interview ever but it went so well. I knew how to answer all of the questions and it lasted about an hour. I was offered the position after about a week and a half of waiting.

A complete lengthly process which is a complete hassle not only for you, but for the manager also. Even all the managers I knew would bad mouth the process to prospective employees as did I.
