Simple, met up for coffee and answered some questions on availability and the ability to handle challenges. The overall feeling of the interview was that I was entering a group of people that work together to serve the community as best as we could. It was very uplifting.

Entrevista
I passed the hirevue, and got moved quickly to the second round. They asked me mostly behavioral questions, but the last question was difficult. There were 3 people who were interviewing me, they legit just ask the question and move on to the next one.
All remote for a 2 stage interview, all questions were very nice and all interviews were with HR members. The questions were very basic and high level. Most people would tend to succeed in this type of interview environment
