Overall interview process very relaxed and quick. I submitted my application to a recruiter whom I met through a friend. I was contacted by an HR representative via phone. He asked some basic questions and I went in for an interview for a different position involving prior authorizations. I had just one in-person interview for this position and was offered a spot, but I turned it down. A few weeks later, the same HR representative called me to tell me that a new clinical department was forming. I went in and was interviewed by two pharmacists. The interview was very relaxed, and there was some behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...") I interviewed on a Thursday or Friday and was offered a job by the following Monday or Tuesday, They were very quick which I appreciated.
