You apply and then wait to get a call for an interview. I had two interviews first with an assistant manager and then next with the manager. After that you just have to take a drug test/background check and you are hired. The interview is the basic situational questions as well as questions about yourself and if you can handle the fast work pace of the pharmacy. Overall it isn't that bad and if you have experience it is a plus and if you are planning on gaining experience to attend pharmacy school that is a big plus (my situation).

It was an easy going interview and they want to see if you can handle the work pace of the pharmacy and if you can work with people including the pharmacist (sometimes crazy).

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
