I received an initial phone interview from the recruiter about a week after I applied, and then had a phone interview with a manager in the department about a week after that, which went very well. This was followed-up with an in person interview about a week later, which unfortunately the woman I did the phone interview with was out that day, so I met with the other designers as well as a project coordinator. I thought the interview went very well, but after over a month of waiting I received a generic e-mail saying another candidate was selected. I was a little disappointed after taking a day off work to interview to only receive a generic rejection letter (no explanation as to why I wasn't chosen).
