Met with operations manager then head of product to do a presentation. This was successful so then did another presentation to the same people plus the owner/CEO. Interview process was good in general aside from the personality of the other managers changing when they were with the Owner / CEO. This served as an indication of how the business worked. It was easy to understand many of the reviews of the business on that basis. Communication after this interview was poor and kept delaying an answer.
