Started with a phone interview which was pretty basic. It included questions about previous experiences and certain skills but not in depth. A week later came an orientation day with a group that lasted the whole day. We met certain employees who talked about the company lifestyle. There were a couple more interviews and they were one-on-one, one of them being technical. We also had to give a presentation which was assigned a few days before the orientation.
