The interview process was a zoom interview. They asked very standard interview questions that are standard for any interview through CSU CI. I used to work in Housing and Residential Education and these questions were the same ones for this interview.

It was a great interactive and interview process. When interviewing for the Student Assistant position with not having much prior work experience it was a relaxed environment that was engaging.

It was a Skype interview. This is mainly because they only want students who have studied abroad or are currently finishing their study abroad program. The interview lasted about twenty minutes. It was stress free. They provided you with the interview questions beforehand. They are understanding that it can be nerve wrecking. There is usually two people however in my circumstance there was only one. There was an error in the Skype call so I had email them and reschedule.
