Great interview panel, made you feel relaxed and welcomed, not over aggressive. I interviewed with the department director immediately, as well as a seasoned manager. Both were very inviting, calm, cool and collected. We were able to connect on a personal basis, and it broke up some of the monotony of the interview process.
