I contacted the owner and discuss my candidacy and my potential role and responsibility. He was interested in continuing the conversation and expand on the possibility of my joining the company. We scheduled a face to face to discuss the position, he was me to describe how I would make an immediate impact and I provided him a short presentation on my impact and the direction I would take.
