Phone interview with HR, total of four questions asked. HR stated this was the screening process to determine which canidates move fwd.Currently waiting to see if move fwd to phase 2 of the process.

Extremely slow interview process where I was eventually ghosted! applied in April 2021. There was a 15 minute phone screening in May. A one hour panel interview in June and a second one hour panel interview in July. Interviewers were engaged and appeared invested, asking relevant questions during the process. At the final interview I was told I would hear back in two weeks. I emailed the recruiter twice with no response to date. I understand not being selected, but after so much investment from both parties to get to this level it should be expected that you tell a candidate the outcome. This experience actually affects my opinion of the entire organization going forward.
