Sehr ruhige, relaxter Ablauf. Sehr zufrieden!
Zwischendrinn gab es ein Mittageessen um dort auch mit den Mitarbeitern und ehmaligen Trainees zu sprechen.
Danach Feedbackgespraech wo man auch nochmal alle Fragen stellen konnte. Das Ergebnis *Zusage/Absage* kriegt man auch gleich.

The interview last about 1 hour, it took around 30 mins+ from the manager to introduce the company and its structure. Not too many discussion with technical perspective. Travel cost within Germany were fully covered, also the accommodation cost which is very helpful.

Entrevista
A phone interview and then in person. I made it past both rounds but never heard back from them. I had to email and ask and they told me they already filled the position. They basically led me on.
