At first it was a written exam based on quantitative, verbal and Technical Knowledge.
Next Round was One on One Technical Interview with a Recruiter.
Group Discussions with fellow interview particpants was conducted on a topic “Education in India” It was an intense debate with many critical insights.
I was selected as I spoke well with many facts. Finally I was selected for a personal behavioral interview with a Human Resource Manager and signed my offer letter.
