Then interview for about an hour with 4 different people in the department (managers, team leaders).

Entrevista
I was interviewed over the phone and then brought in for an onsite interview. I met with HR and a VP the first time that I came in. I was then invited back for a second interview. I met with another member of the HR team and 8 additional leaders and VP's. The VP who I met with the first time introduced me to additional people. I felt as though the interview was very thorough.
