They reached out to me after applying for the role and asked me a series of questions. One of the questions was asking for details on the dates and positions I held previously with Crista. I had previously been a camp counselor and shared the dates I had worked for Crista. Based on that information, they determined my age, and I never heard from them again. So, unfortunately, despite claiming to be an organization that operates according to Christian principles, they felt age discrimination was an acceptable practice. Very disappointing and a very poor witness in the community.
