HR will reach out for secret full stack position where you will work for secret Dutch IB. Once your profile get shortlisted, you will get invite from flocareer . Interview will start with short introduction of yours . Interviewer will explain interview rule. There is no rule , he will give you a very difficult puzzle to solve with in 30-45 mints and code it. If you are able to solve this puzzle then interview will move forward with java and other technical stuffs otherwise interviewer will say sorry politely and they will give opportunity to ask questions. If you ask question related to project he will refuse simply saying as it is confidential.
