Crisil is a good company. It has very good work culture and planning team. It is also employee friendly. Very good HR team and handling each and every candidates profile generously. Bonus and other recognition's are also very competitive. Overall I would like to recommend people to join the organization positively. Be assertive.
Clear communication, prompt scheduling, and a welcoming atmosphere foster confidence. Interviewers ask relevant questions, actively listen, and provide feedback. Transparency about expectations and next steps. Overall it was a good experience.
