Overall the interview process for this position was horrible. The hiring manager was very disorganized and would message me on LinkedIn at short notice to set up interviews. Then, he wouldn't respond to my answers of preferred times and would just send me calendar invitations out of the blue, with no regard for my schedule. When I first spoke with him, he asked me almost nothing about myself but gave me a Case Study to complete. The Case Study was extremely involved and poorly written and I spent hours working on it and presented it to him and two other employees, of which they only asked me one small question about a formula I used. They mentioned they'd set up separate one on one calls with me to go over my work and no one ever reached back out.
