Pregunta 1
They are typically 4 or 5 questions from a behavioral interview template.
Nice and smooth process, the interview was about 45 minutes. Started with the HR interview and then with the hiring manager. Questions are very straight forward, mainly focus on ones background and contributions to the projects lead.

1. Pre-Screen with hirevue software.
2. Teams Interview w/ Behavioral Questions (Panel of 4)
3. Teams Interview w/ Behavioral Questions (Panel of 2)
Once again, this employer does not notify finalists for their roles they were unsuccessful. Total disregard for the applicants.
Just a series of standard behavioral questions for the two panel interviews. While I enjoyed the discussions of the second interview, the third was very cold, with the added manager appearing annoyed he had to be involved.

Applied through recruiter. Got interview within 1 week. Job was posted as a straightforward project management role—not technical, and definitely not focused on QA management.
From the start, I had a feeling this might be a mismatch, especially since the hiring manager was a technical lead and the other interviewer was a Senior Director. As soon as I logged on, the technical lead (no introduction to her role; I just knew her from LinkedIn) jumps in with “Walk me through your resume.” No small talk, no intro. She seemed irritated and even rolled her eyes at one point when I was explaining my experience. Not exactly confidence-boosting.
