I applied online and within two weeks, I was emailed about attending an interview. In the email, they sent practice questions with the STAR/SHARE method.
There were 17 positions available and 50 applicants. A 90min presentation about the company and job description came before the interviews.
This was the shortest interview of my life, under ten minutes. One conductor and an HR rep, but it was quick and easy with only one behavioral question.

Mostly experience based questions: have you worked with heavy equipment? Ever use a two-way radio? Can you work holidays/nights/over nights? Have you worked away from home for more than a day?

Entrevista
I applied online and got a screening call a few days later. We scheduled a Microsoft Teams interview for the next week. Basic scripted questions. One interviewer was very uninterested in the interview as they were working during the interview. They said I would have a decision made by end of week. I didn't hear anything so I emailed for an update and then noticed a change in the status of my application as "No longer under consideration." Still no email. If I wouldn't have checked I still wouldn't know I got rejected. Very unprofessional.

Entrevista
about 30 minutes of questions related to safety, job duties, shift schedule, and radio use. Friendly staff. No reason to fret about the process for prospective hires. All in all a very straightforward and efficient process.

Entrevista
The interview was timely and professional. Typical preprinted questions but these are your opportunities to shine. If you are serious about safety, working at all hours in all conditions and have the work history to demonstrate it the interview is pretty straightforward.
