First round involved meeting with company staff to know my background and technical ability. In the second round, I went to interview with the client, and they mostly asked questions directly related to my resume. However, none of the staff from CPI joined me at the client interview, and I felt as though I was solely representing their company as somebody they had already hired. I know some MSPs do station people directly at clients like schools, but I don’t believe letting me go alone is the most professional way to handle the hiring process. Someone from CPI did check in with me the next day, but I received no word on the client’s decision following that.
