Half an hour conversation with project manager. Was inquisitive but didn’t seem to judge too much wasn’t too bad. Good group of guys who gave good run down on project

Finished interview, references, medicals, and then ghosted our of nowhere. Extremely unprofessional and did not give reason why. Was told that a few other candidates were treated the same. Other than that, the interview was pretty straightforward.

Entrevista
Very unorganized. No communication from HR or whoever is managing the application even after multiple follow ups. They finally got back to me after I had received other offers. This company is struggling right now and might not be a good time to join as all of the top talent are leaving. It seems they are just trying to fill in the seats as they can't seem to draw in the talent and the reputation they used to have (as Leighton Contractors) seems to be non existent now.
