Had a phone interview with HR and I got the offer. The HR will brief you about the position and JD, compensation and etc., and you are free to ask any questions
Met with the IT department director. He was kind , asked a lot about my knowledge and his refusal was explanatory, not just dismissive. It was overall a good experience
