I applied for this position through the COS website, and I got a call to invite me to the interview after two weeks. Before that, I applied for five or more related positions in the H&M group. I had the interview with two recruiters, and they are both nice and polite. It was a good experience, and we had a really good conversation.

the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

Entrevista
We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
