Zuerst hat man ein kurzes Interview via Telefon wo mann anschliessend zu einem Group Assessment eingeladen wird. Da geht es drum verschiedene aufgaben zu lösen, einmal in Team und alleine. Wenn man eine Runde weiter kommt wird man zu einen Face to Face interview eingeladen.

We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
