COPE interviews candidates in several stages. Starting with a 30 minute preliminary interview. My first interview took place virtually and it was very positive. I was invited to a second interview, but would have liked to know who I would be interviewing with ahead of time. If I had remembered to ask, I'm sure they would have told me. Following a second or third interview they assign you to write a case study which gives them the opportunity to see a candidate's thought process and critical thinking style.
