Not too long, Followed a MM1 format, but shortended. Rotated between 4-6 stations. Each one was either a scenario question, or a typical interview question. Had 2 minutes to think and 5 minutes to speak for each questions

What would you do if you walked into a room and saw that a patient had soiled himself?
Online, group interview (with other people), with one interviewer. It is best to talk about any clinical experience that you already have if possible. Know the information in the handbook as well.
Easy 1 on 1 interviews with different leaders. They each have a question for you to ask and are very pleasant. The real work is the 30 hours of training.

two people interviewed me in a break out room with another interviewee, and alternated between us asking different questions. It was not bad at all, I even think I had a sub-par performance and still was accepted.
