First was a Skype interview which lasted for 30 minutes. Questions were more about my education, professional objectives, interests and overall experience. After the interview finished I had to take a test to assess my Excel skills which lasted another 45 minutes. The test had tasks that would increase in difficulty from 1-10. I prepared for it about 3 days and I barely passed so if you are going to take the same test I advise you to prepare better and take it seriously. 2. After this they examined my results and was invited for a second interview. The interview took place at their main office and lasted for an hour. The questions were more work related in which they assessed my suitability for the role. Also they asked few technical questions linked to my previous job. 3. After a couple of days I received the confirmation I got the job. They were very professional and everything was transparent in the whole process. I was given enough information about what's next so I could prepare for it.
