The interview process was very fast paced. It started with a screening phone call from the HR Generalist after submitting a resume. Next I had a skype interview with the CEO and the Vice President of Business Operations. Finally, I was brought into the office for an in person interview that lasted from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, where I met with multiple members of the COMPASS team. The members of the team were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very responsive to emails and thorough with their answers throughout the entire process. I would recommend interviewing at COMPASS to anyone interested. I only have positive things to say about my experience.
