Brief technical phone interview followed by an onsite interview with the CEO and the VP of Business Operations. Very open and straightforward interview. The panel approach was unexpected but worked very well for an organization like COMPASS. It's a small company, and it was refreshing to see an executive team so invested in the hiring process.

Typical tech questions, but there was a focus more on my background, my community involvement; essentially who I was and how I could fit within COMPASS.
