The interview process consisted of a panel of four interviewers: the Program Manager, the Deputy Program Manager, and two Team Leaders. The panel asked a series of questions designed to evaluate how I would handle different situations in the workplace.
Most of the questions were scenario-based, requiring me to explain how I would respond to challenges, solve problems, and demonstrate my decision-making skills. I was expected to clearly define my actions and reasoning in each situation, showing how I would contribute to the team and handle responsibilities effectively.
The selection process was competitive. A total of 28 candidates were interviewed, and after the evaluation process, I was among those approved for the position.
