Started with prescreening over the phone interview then got invited to a video interview and then accepted the offer after a week. HR was friendly and fair negotiations. Interview was with manager and team members.

Entrevista
The interview that was conducted was in the form of a video interview, which meant that the entire process was carried out remotely. The format of the interview was straightforward and did not require extensive preparations beforehand, which made the experience relatively stress-free. Despite this, the outcome of the interview is still uncertain as there has been no response yet regarding a second interview. The anticipation and hope for a positive outcome from the interview still linger, as the possibility of a second interview presents a potential opportunity for further discussion and potential progress towards securing the position.
