I interviewed for CNH in May 2021. The interview basically has two rounds. The first one is technical. Questions are mostly based on the job description and if hands on experience is there. Second round(which I didn't get into) happens to be behavioral/managerial.
The role mainly was for Systems engineer with more focus on Manufacturing. The interview wasn't tough but my experience is on the engineering side rather than the manufacturing side

Entrevista
Interview process was fairly well structured with hiring manager, and several technical leads. I don't think that the position responsibilities were well defined as of yet since the interview was for a position in a new product line and they do not seem to know exactly what they need. The entire process form phone screen to rejection took over a month.
