The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an initial conversation with the recruiter to discuss my background and alignment with the role. This was followed by two rounds of interviews with managerial team members, where we delved deeper into my technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and past project experience. The final round was with the Senior Director, which focused on strategic fit, leadership capabilities, and long-term potential. I received the offer shortly after completing the final interview.
