The interview process was in 3 stages: 1. 10-15 minute phone screening. 2. 30 minute MS Teams meeting. 3. 4 x 30 minute in-person interviews. Everyone was fantastic and friendly. I met with individuals from mid-senior positions to higher management and did not feel intimidated one bit.
