I submitted my resume through a friend who worked for the company at the time. This seems to be how a fair amount of employees are found and hired at this organization. When I went in for my interview they seemed to be most concerned about the experience that I had concerning credit unions. This is valuable to their support department since you main job is to work with credit union management.
