I did a long interview with HR. The HR person in charge ensured a feedback either positive or negative in one week. I have never get any feedback. I believe that a multinational company shall behave differently in such situation. Providing feedback to candidates shall be a consolidated practice.

Hiring manager was very nice and HR business partner was very friendly, very casual and lovely people, just be true to yourself and trust your skills then all will go smoothly. Only negative was the sarcastic CIO, who will degrade you like crazy. This was my very first bad experience interview with a CIO. I've been interviewed by many CIOs and CEOs but this lady is by far the worst I encountered. Feels like she's too full of herself and kept treating candidate like a kid, you will sense it from her facial expression saying like "huh ok?" and whenever she asked a question, you will feel she's waiting for a specific word to come out from your mouth. Very childish.
