There are a total of 4 rounds. 1st step is a video call with a CM recruiter. This is in a informal setting. The 2nd round is a visit to the office. During this round there will be some technical questions but not a lot. The 3rd round is another visit to the office. This time they will dive in your technical knowledge. The 4th round is a video call with the COO. I was told this was mostly a formality and usually candidates are not dropped on this one. They will talk about CM and their vision. Some questions will be asked about the applicant. After this call I was informed they would not like to continue with me. When asked for a reason no clear answer is given. It's very unfortunate that CM was unwilling to be transparent about it.

Was ok compared to the industry standard. The questions were very biased to what the interviewer knew and not very in-depth. It was just one-sided and non-interactive. Relatively easy if you are experienced.
