There was an initial phone screening interview from a HR person from the Texas office. Then there was a slightly more in-depth phone interview with people from the regional office, (including my to-be bosses.) Then there was an in-person interview at the office with the bosses / team leaders.

The phone questions were more to get a larger picture of your prior experience, establish the responsibilities of the position, and giving you a bigger picture of the company. Then there was an in-person panel interview. Questions that were asked on the phone, and in person included something like these:
Can you explain the way you would like to be managed?
What do you do to effectively manage others?
Describe a strategy you used to win over a prospective client / describe a strategy you used to grow business
You'll speak with scouting recruiter first. Then the hiring manager and program manager will interview you. You may go through another interview with another department so they'll see where they want to place you. You may or may not get an offer after.

Entrevista
You speak with a Recruiter directly with the company which pre-assess basic abilities then sets a interview with the responding hiring manager. From that point you will have a virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams. If all goes well you will be moved to a secondary interview with other employees in a similar position to assess compatibility.
