It was a group interview of about 25 people. Their listing stated Full-Time position Starting at $18 hr. When they explained the position they stated that you start Part-Time, $13 hr + $13 for every new person you sign up, $6 for every added family member, $9 for every Delta Partner member & $1 for a person who signed up online who you scan their Biometrics. About 5 of us walked out of the room after learning all of this. We all felt very lied to. This job would be great for someone just starting straight out of college, but not for the seasoned working professional like myself.

One in person interview at the airport, mostly easy and behavioral. Highlight CLEAR’s values - they take great pride in those and also highlight the safety required in an airport as it is extremely important.

Very easy. Need to have customer service or sales background. They ask situational questions like tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, questions like that.
