We met at the Caribou at MOA. Group interview of about six other interviewees. We had a short group discussion and got to know each other. The hiring manager met with us one by one after the group interview and offered me the position on the spot.

One in person interview at the airport, mostly easy and behavioral. Highlight CLEAR’s values - they take great pride in those and also highlight the safety required in an airport as it is extremely important.

Very easy. Need to have customer service or sales background. They ask situational questions like tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, questions like that.
