I had 2 interviews. First one was with HR and second one was with the Senior Directors. Both the interviews went very well and the questions asked were job specific also.

Run don't walk from this HR cluster. I was contacted 2 full months after applying, with no acknowledgment on their end of the delay nor any kind of inquiry if I'm still on the market after the gap. Believe people on who they are the first time, because it went downhill from there. My first interview was with the director of audit and an IT manager. They were lovely and personable and I would have been enthusiastic to work for them given the opportunity. In a nonstandard process, somehow the next step was the HR screening that is the initial call in every other organization I've spoken with in the last decade. The disorganized recruiter scheduled me for the same screening twice, a full 3 weeks apart, resulting in torpedoing my candidacy. I was told the same next steps both times, that I would be interviewing with the hiring manager and others in the business, explicitly listing the names of the rounds to follow. No additional interviews were actually scheduled and I was ghosted for a month and a half by the stacys. The explanation for the derailment was that the job is going to an internal candidate. That is no excuse for ghosting someone after jerking them around for 4 months.

Tell us how you'll manage in our workflow processes of ambiguity, no support to "figure things out" and reinventing the wheel for every audit every year because we have no automation, documentation, or standards to work off of.
It was fairly simple. I was asked to describe my experiences and profile and was asked common interview questions such as why are you interested in this particular role. Do you have experience in dealing with senior management?
