Initially there was a 20 minute phone call as preliminary screen. This was then followed by an in person interview with two management members who asked very detailed questions about my experience - behavioural and situational questions.

What is your availability to work flexible hours and ability to work given short notice?
The interview is straightforward and friendly. It is a 30-minute conversation where you will discuss your experience and walk through a few customer scenarios. You will demonstrate how you would handle challenging situations with poise and clarity.
They Scheduled my Interview and I received the rejection email 2 hours before my Interview. How can they reject without interviewing ? The whole interview process looks bogus to me
