I did a phone interview in Covid-19. Submitted my application online. One week later, I was contacted by the hiring manager. He talked about their responsibilities for 5 minutes then ask about my background.
You will have 2 round of interview, the first round is with hr as a screening. The second round is with the director of the role you applied and it's a panel interview.

Smooth. 3 rounds. First round HR. 2nd round 2 managers and last round because it was a tie between myself and another person and they needed a tie breaker. Interview process was based on mule scenario based questions as the roles doesn’t require a lot of technicality
